Avisto Eastern Europe is supplying the resources for Schneider with the needed level of expertise with the aim to keep them on long term, no hire and fire. The working environment for the engineers in Avisto Eastern Europe is modern, open, and enabling agile way of working to offer the engineers a nice place of work. Highly appreciated and a key element is the mixture of experienced key resources and young engineers, establishing stability in the teams. Establishing the team in Avisto Eastern Europe Serbia was the logical step to evolve our successful cooperation with the Advance group which is in place since many years and in different countries.
